I had been yo-yo dieting ever since I was in middle school and thought that running for an hour a day would finally get me my dream body. And then, college hit... I gained 20lbs, developing eating disorders, and became my own worst critic.
I was so sick of feeling hopeless and out of control when it came to my health and body that I decided to dive into the scientific research behind how exercise and dieting actually worked.
When I started implementing these proven ways to build muscle, get lean, and fuel my body for optimal health, it made the world of difference! I finally started to build muscle, I finally was able to lose body fat healthily and sustainably, and I could finally feel in control of my health and food relationships.
My platform, Ms. Fit, is centered around sharing stories and tips for balancing family, school, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle. I have been helping women all over the world understand fitness and nutrition so that they can finally get the results they've always wanted!
I am also a personal trainer, future doctor, content writer, and creator of the 10 Week Ms. Fit Challenge. A program that has helped women not only establish foundational building blocks to achieving a healthy lifestyle but also build confidence in their bodies and empowerment in their nutrition.
